Scheduling and Fees:
- All mediations and arbitrations can be scheduled by calling our offices at (toll free) 888-374-3737 anytime Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Mediation/Arbitration Fees:
- Fees are drastically reduced compared to our competitors.
- Fees are determined by estimated length or time involved for the mediation/arbitration and actual fee charged by the mediator or arbitrator.
- Please call for individual fee structure.
- We do not assess a room charge for any of our cases
- Our rescheduling and cancellation fee is $250.00 per party, in addition to any cancellation fee assessed by the mediator/arbitrator.
